AN RMT SINCE 2007

I have focused my career on providing rehabilitative massage, utilizing treatment for chronic tension and its related issues, postural imbalance and all forms of general stress.

I love working with patients to chart a course of treatment that is meaningful and effective to their individual needs. I believe that no two people are alike and no two treatments should be alike either. By taking the time to listen, properly assess and clearly communicate, we are able to build treatment plans together that best suit the needs of individual patients.

Nothing brings me more fulfillment as a therapist than helping a patient realize their own capacity to heal.

AN RMT SINCE 2016

Since graduating my practice has mostly focused on stress-induced muscle tension, headaches, the occasional strain injury, and a large part on the perinatal population. A couple years in I became interested in how massage can help with TMJD, as well as breast and pelvic health.

TMJ work has fascinated me for a few years now and I wanted to expand on this part of my practice and knowledge. It is so rewarding to help patients towards a better quality of life through touch, education and self-care.

Providing a safe space to tell your story is important to me. I strive to listen without judgement and act in your best interest. We will work together to make a treatment plan that works for you and your lifestyle.

An RMT since 2014, I have dedicated my practice to patient-centred care, and ensuring that each treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs and preferences. I firmly believe that massage therapy should never cause pain and always prioritize the client’s well-being. With a decade of experience under my belt, I am eager to continue my journey focusing on Temporomandibular Joint dysfunctions. My dedication to this field stems from a desire to raise awareness about the profound impact massage therapy can have on one’s overall comfort and health.

In practice since 2005, Laura’s interest in massage therapy originated from a car accident that had a huge impact on her neck and shoulder function that started her on the path to help herself and others. With a background in martial arts, weight training, dance, and synchronized swimming she brings a wide knowledge of the body and its movement to her practice. Her treatments focus on therapeutically addressing primary and underlying issues through both direct and indirect work. Her additional training in cranial sacral therapy and manual lymphatic drainage add diverse skill sets for addressing problems. In the end, her goal is to help return to your optimal health and wellbeing.

AN RMT SINCE 2012 I focus my treatments to help restore people’s ability to do their daily activities, decrease their pain and help them with all kinds of injuries.

Communication is a key element working in such complex and sensitive areas. No two bodies are the same and no two treatments should be the same. Everyone experiences pain and discomfort differently so it’s important to take the time to listen to every patient so we can customize the best treatment for them.
